SHIPPING
WHERE IS MY STUFF?
We're not holding your order hostage, it's probably being printed or scanned or shipped. We are a small business and do our best to ship when items are ready. Please read the details below for questions on common answers... we don't work for USPS and they're certainly not in a hurry so some things take time to get to where they're going....
COMBINING ORDERS / SPLIT SHIPPING
Often with multiple items we will send multiple packages (e.g. a flag and a shirt typically do not ship together, the same with a mug and a poster). You will receive separate tracking information for each order and they may be shipped at different times and from different locations within the USA. To save customers shipping, we may end up splitting these items into different shipping types - For example, if you order (2) mugs and a shirt, we may ship the shirts as FIRST CLASS MAIL and the mugs will ship PRIORITY MAIL. The cost can vary up to $8 per package sometimes in your favor.
PRODUCTION TIMES AND EXPECTATIONS
Because we use a mix and match of 'vendor' produced items and items we print in-house, there could be a significant delay before some items are shipped. These vendors produce these items ON DEMAND and depending on their current workload, items can take UP TO 10 DAYS BEFORE IT EVEN STARTS TO SHIP. We try to keep users informed and put this information on those related products to help ease your suffering - but the bottom line is that when they finish it, it will ship.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Be sure to check the shipping address for accuracy. Failure to provide complete details may result in the carriers causing delays such as:
- Wrong ZIP Code
- Wrong House Number or unit # (reversed numbers)
- Incomplete Street Name
- Missing Apartment or Suite Information
We will make every attempt to reach out with issues, but if incomplete information is provided, expect terrible results.
SHIPPING DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS
Some vendors will send a single shipping notification for multiple items. For example, if you order a shirt and some flags, you may get a single notification and could should DELIVERED even though the flags have not arrived. It's unfortunately a limitation of the ecommerce that only allows a single shipping to be input into the system - flags typically run 3-5 days behind other orders and are not combined with shirts as they could take a few additional days to complete. We're sorry for the inconvenience on the tracking of multiple items but if you feel that the item is taking longer than required, please contact us and we can get the additional shipping information from the vendor.
I PAID FOR 2-DAY DELIVERY
When an order is placed, the fulfillment system will ESTIMATE shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of items and the shipping options chosen. By the terms of the shipping provider deliveries are NOT GUARANTEED THAT DELIVERY DATE EVEN IF IT SAYS 2 DAY PRIORITY MAIL. The USPS uses the '2 days' as estimated travel time and not the door to door you might think... it could easily take 5-7 days to arrive from the date once label is created.
The ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES given can rely on the following factors:
- When was the order placed
- What time of day was fulfillment completed
- Which vendor is shipping the item and what are their pick-up times
- Did the vendor miss the pick-up to match the fulfillment and now for that date and now it's 24 hours later
- What is the package destination delivery zone
- Is it a really busy day and your mail carrier forgot something
- Are there a pack of angry animals chasing that person
The point being, we can't control shipping and therefore cannot offer discounts or other types of 'compensation' because of delays out of the control of our company and the delivering agent.
WHY DID IT TAKE LONGER THAN THE PACKAGE SAID TO DELIVER?
All shipping dates are subject to the discretion of the carrier and may not reflect the actual date of arrival - they are only used as estimates based on the type of service. Read the USPS disclaimer at the bottom of this page for details.

- In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2 or 3 business days and is based on many different factors to include origin of package, destination and drop-off time.
- The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
- To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Other factors for delays can include pick-up/drop off times, zones of delivery (see map above) - all of these factors can lead to a 3-5 day delivery time on standard Priority USPS Mail packages
- Please take all the factors above into account for tracking your packages
NOTE: IF YOU FAIL TO GET A VALID DELIVERY ON A PACKAGE, USE THE TRACKING INFORMATION PROVIDED FIRST. IF THE PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES, WE WILL EVENTUALLY GET THE PACKAGE BACK TO OUR LOCATION AND WILL DO OUR BEST TO MAKE CONTACT WITH YOU.
NOTE: If you get a DELIVERY COMPLETED NOTIFICATION and your package is still 'missing in action' from your shipping address, you will need to reach out to your USPS or other carrier to get a status directly from them. We cannot prove that you DID or DID NOT get the package, except for what the USPS tells us on delivery. We do not work for the USPS and can only use the tools they provide. It's true, packages get put in the wrong box or get stolen or your driver is a dummy and they still have it - your first course of action should be to contact the delivery agency / driver.
UPS INNOVATIONS
With some orders you may get a UPS notification from 'UPS Innovations' - this is part of the UPS integrated system that allows fulfillment and tracking of both UPS and USPS packages - your package is not delayed by this processing as it is all integrated into a single pane of glass shipping system for vendors to easily track on a single interface.
The Tracking Number received is actually a USPS number but in the UPS Innovations system - take the tracking number received, enter it in the link below for the USPS tracking page - sometimes more details will be provided by USPS but the tracking information is the same for both. In other words, it works on both links.

NOTE: Due to the integration of UPS and USPS it can take up to 24 hours for your provided tracking number to show in the USPS system - you can always take the tracking number provided and visit the tracking page
COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS
We have limited shipping to some countries as the customs have been somewhat unsuccessful and most of the packages are returned. We apologize for this inconvenience but believe us when we say we've tried your country before and it just didn't work out.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We do our best to push orders out within 24 hours from our location but we, like the rest of America, are subject to the ebbs and flows of the USPS and other systems of delivery.
