No Returns Policy
NOTE: Our items are CUSTOM PRINT ON DEMAND and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED due to sizing errors during your ordering.
PLEASE BE SURE TO NOTE THIS INFORMATION IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION.
If items arrived broken or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the item as well as a photo of the shipping label to get a replacement item sent to you.
SHIRTS (WRONG OR DAMAGED)
Send multiple photos of the shirt design / style and sizing tag to our customer service email address. Once received, we will validate with you and contact the vendor for your replacement
MUGS (WRONG OR DAMAGED)
If you receive the wrong or damaged mug, take multiple pictures and send to our customer service mail address - we will contact the vendor and get the item exchanged for the originallly ordered product.
NO EXCHANGES FOR DIFFERENT ITEMS OTHER THAN WHAT IS ORDER IS ALLOWED DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF THESE PRINTED PRODUCTS.
